Meet Andy Chung
A member of the Global Racket Stringers Association and tennis enthusiast, the game has been in my life for over 30 years. In more recent times, I needed a way to stay active with my family and I started playing tennis with my kids. In assisting my kids with selecting equipment, I found there were huge advances in technology since I played competitively. After reconnecting with a former coach, I bought a portable stringing machine to start stringing for myself. I focusing on learning anything and everything related to tennis equipment and stringing. It didn’t take long for me to realize I really enjoy stringing and customizing not only my kid’s racquets but my own. I upgraded my portable machine to a crank and eventually to the current Wilson Baiardo. I started stringing for friends and OC Stringer was borned to help service my local tennis community.
